First Title Event

May 7th 2007.: First American Title Insurance Company's International Division today announced the establishment of First Title (Beijing) Real Estate Guaranty Co., Ltd., the first wholly foreign-owned enterprise dealing with real estate guaranty in China.
February 13th 2007.: First Title (Beijing) Real Estate Guaranty Co., Ltd. obtained approval and business license from Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce and Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce.
