Mr. Shi is in charge of the establishment and operation of First Title in China. Before assuming the current position, Mr. Shi held a managerial position in First American's San Francisco Bay Area Asian market. Mr. Shi holds a MS degree in International Finance from Liaoning University, China and a MBA degree from Thunderbird School of Global Management, USA Mr. Shi has 13 years of professional experience in finance in China and in the US

Assistant Vice President Information Operation

Edward Ma

Edward Ma is a very experienced expert in the Internet industry and in the field of information operation.

Mr. Ma Joined First Title in 2006 and took the responsibility of planning, implementing, and management of the digitalized operation system. Mr. Ma is also responsible for introducing and maintaining the First American Software Technology (FAST) system, and building a state-of-art information operation support system.

Before joining First Title, Mr. Ma was the Director of Sales Support at SouFun.com

Mr. Ma holds a MBA degree from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University.

Human Resource Manager Venessa Wang Master of Human Resource Management, University of Leeds, United Kingdom. Venessa Wang joined First Title in 2006 as Human Recourse Manager, managing human recourse and talent reserve for the strategic expansion of First Title. Venessa have previously worked at Air China and Beijing Qingyuanhulan Management Consulting Co., Ltd.

Pierre Wang

Master of Finance, Massey University, New Zealand.

Pierre Wang joined First Title in early 2007. Pierre is in charge of financial system planning, financial resource allocation, financial risk prevention, and corporate financial reporting to First American headquarter.

Pierre Wang was previously held finance manager positions at BEP Corp New Zealand Branch, China Telecom (Guangzhou).

Beijing Branch General Manager William Xu William Xu holds a master's degree in finance from University of International Business and Economics and has many years of professional experience in real estate development, property brokerage, and insurance industry. William joined First Title in early 2007, took the responsibility of the daily operation and management of First Title's Beijing branch office. Before accepting his current position at First Title, William was the head of Credit Lending Department of Huaxia Bank Zhongguancun branch, sales manager of Taikang Life Insurance, sales manager of Taiyue Real Estate Development Co.

Beijing Branch Customer Service Director Hellen Gao Master of Property Economics, Hellen Gao has years of experience in real estate brokerage management, customer service, and certificate transfer. Hellen joined First Title in early 2007 to lead its customer service team, and supervise daily loan application, refinance, and ownership transfer operations. Before joining First Title, Hellen held managerial positions at 21st Century Real Estate, Xinzun Real Estate.

Rick Wang

Bachelor of Law, very experienced in legal management, internal risk control, and real estate fields.

Rick is responsible for designing and implementing of our risk control procedures, and assisting our customers and business partners to evade potential risks of real estate transactions.

Rick Wang held real estate related positions at Golden Square Circle Law Firm, Bao Rui Tong Credit Guaranty Co. and Bao Rui Tong Pawn Shop.

Business Analysis Manager Patrick Zhuang Patrick Zhuang holds a bachelors degree in business administration from the Ohio State University. Patrick joined First Title as a Business Analysis Manager in July 2007, he is responsible for the creation and implementation of First Title's transaction management system. Moreover, he provides support to improve internal work efficiency. Patrick previously worked at Accenture and found an Internet startup company.

John Li

Mr. Li graduated from Inner Mongolia University Law School.

John joined First Title as Sale Director, overseeing the sales of the entire company.

Before joining First Title, John worked as the General Manager of KooXoo's real estate channel, Soufun Second Hand House Corp. Beijing Branch Vice General Manger, etc.

Beijing Branch Customer Service Director-Public Housing Fund Lydia Guo Lydia holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Northern Industrial University and a bachelor in law from China Renmin University. Lydia is responsible for the management of services related to the Public Housing Fund. Before assuming her role at First Title, Lydia worked in Beijing Public Housing Fund Management Center as an economist, and Beijing Housing Loan Personal Information Service Center as a business development manager.

Frank Liu

Frank has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Nankai University and a Master in International Economics from Renmin University.

Frank Liu joined First Title in late 2007 as the General Manager of First Title's Shanghai Branch. He is responsible for First Title's establishment, business development, and operation in Shanghai.

Frank Liu has 13 years of experience in real estate finance and investment from Credit Suisse, Sunco Group, Gree Group.

Shanghai Branch Vice General Manager Linda Yin Linda holds a bachelor's degree from Nanjing Normal University and a MBA degree from Nanjing University. She is also a Certified Financial Planer. As the Vice General Manager, Linda is responsible for the operation and business development of First Title Shanghai Branch. Before joining First Title, Linda held position at Standard Charted Shanghai Branch, Hangseng Bank Shanghai Branch. She was also invited to lecture at Shanghai University and East China University of Political Science and Law as an expert in the real estate finance field.

Samuel Wong

Samuel graduated from Shanghai University of Finance & Economics with a bachelor's degree in finance.

Samuel joined First Title in the end of 2007, he is responsible for developing new business in areas such as commercial real estate, cooperation with financial institutes.

Before assuming his current role, Samuel worked as Department Manager for Asset Management Department of East China Corp. of Sunco Holding Inc. and Senior Manager for Finance Department of Ploy (China) Corp.

Shanghai Branch Risk Control Manager Lucas Wu Lucas received his Bachelor's degree in law from East China University of Political Science and Law. Lucas is in charge of all legal and risk management issues at First Title's Shanghai Branch. Before joining First Title, Lucas worked at the legal departments of Goldwell Banker Real Estate, Pacific (China) Group, and Mingli Law Firm.
