First Title (Beijing) Real Estate Guaranty Co., Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of The First American Corporation, is a China based real estate finance company that focuses primarily on real estate guaranty services, real estate guaranty related transaction assurance and consulting services.
As the first wholly foreign-owned enterprise dealing with property guaranty in China, First Title (Beijing) is to bring to China the globally renowned real estate transaction system and the independent third party supervisory system.
